Pita, in der Türkei PIDE genannt, ist ein von Griechenland bis zum nahen Osten verbreitetes, sehr leckeres Fladenbrot aus Hefeteig. Es wird hier täglich mehrmals frisch gebacken und dient als Beilage zu fast allen Mahlzeiten.
Genauso einfach und täglich geniessbar ist auch der gleichnamige Track von Sven Wegner. Seine Schönheit spiegelt sich zu allen Tageszeiten wieder. Morgens zur Afterhour der Sonne entgegen, mittags beim Open Air Happening und Nachts im Club. Stets bleibt der Sound seiner Struktur treu, will aber immer wieder neu gehört und erlebt werden.

Tief greifen die Vocals bei Swingpearls in den Track. Einfach strukturiert, aber großflächig angelegt ist eine Assoziation zu seiner ersten Veröffentlichung auf WBA Fluffy nicht unbeabsichtigt.
