Nach seinem erfolgreichen Debut auf WBA gibt Sven Wegner ein Jahr später seinem Erfolgstrack Fluffy ein neues Gewand. Ohne den Bezug zum Original zu verlieren vertieft er das Thema in seinen wichtigsten Elementen und verfeinert die Originalstruktur. Wie immer nimmt Fluffy mit der Zeit fahrt auf ohne jedoch seinen Faden zu verlieren.

Im minimal strukturierten End of Tape Mix (Gunjah vs Stachy) wird das Originalthema vornehm zurückgehalten. Stets wiederkehrende kurze Originalbruchstücke werden fließend am Ende zusammengeführt.

Lars Wickinger holt dagegen die Brechstange heraus. Nicht umsonst wird ihm die Ehre zuteil, alleinig die A-Seite zu beherrschen. Treibend, mit tiefen Bassläufen versehen wird dem Original seine spielerische Atmosphäre genommen und in Peak Time Sound umgewandelt. Einfach voluminös und drückend!

One year after his very successful debut on wba-records Sven Wegner reworks his track hit fluffy. Without losing sight of the original he deepens the basic and most important elements and improves the original structure. As always Fluffy accelerates by and by without loosing the plot.

The minimal structured end of tape mix, which is made by Gunjah and Stachy, retains the theme of the original in a very elegant way.

In contrast Lars Wickinger fetches the crowbar. He has the honor to control the A-Side alone with good cause. Drifty, with deep basslines he turns the playful atmosphere of the original track into a peak time monster. Just bulky and oppressive!
